Si scaricava facilmente
Per quanto riguarda la connessione direi molto buona ma sia il wi.fi che la power bank si scaricavano molto velocemente.
Convenient and Easy
The pocket wifi was easy to pick up and return (using postal services at Narita airport), easy to use, and when on battery saving mode, lasted for 8 hour days without needing a charge. When it did need a charge the provided battery bank worked great. It worked everywhere we went, from Tokyo north into the Tohoku region, on trains and in towns. Thank you!
Pocket WiFi, how did we survive without it
Pocket WiFi from econnectjapan.com The ordering process was easy, even for someone like me who is not very good with IT. The product was delivered to my hotel as ordered, it was well packaged and safe. I found it easy to set up, use and recharge. The estimate of how many GB I would need was exactly correct. This was probably the single most useful piece of technology that I have used in years. I wondered how I coped in the past without it. The postal return service was equally easy to use. Well done econnectjapan, you were brilliant. I advise anyone travelling to and around Japan to order one of these.
Easy to handle
Delivery to the hotel was in time. The handling of the unit is easy and comfortable. WIFI was almost everywhere available. The only little drawback is, that you have to attach the delivered accu pack almost permanently to the base unit since the base unit has less accu capacity
Good service but some slow down
Very easy to set up service and pick up device at the airport. The device is easy to use and comes with a nice carrying case. Battery life is weak but they give you an external battery along with it. Only problems I had were at peak usage with other devices in the area the service cant maintain a solid connection likewise in crowded buildings I notice the service wasn't the greatest.

..we stayed in odori for 10 days and have our pocket wifi delivered to our hotel. we went to the blue pond in biei, otaru, asahikawa, noboribetsu, Hakodate, nijo market, sankaku market, jyogai market, hakodate morning market ... all those parks and bakeries and a lot of daily walks and we never got lost all thanks to econnect 's pocket wifi.. econnect provided us with a power bank for the pocket wifi..we brought 2 power banks with us and navigation was as cool as hokkaido's spring weather.. ..btw, we (me and my wife) received our pocket wifi with a prepaid mail envelope, so in our way back to our county, we just dropped the pocket wifi and all accessories at one of the new chitose airport's many mail boxes ..hassle free really..

Excellent and easy to use pocket wifi but battery runs out pretty quickly, so the accompanying power bank is definitely necessary. Easy to pick up and return after ordering online.

Shipping & Delivery
Rental orders are typically delivered 1 to 2 days before your pick-up date. Choose your preferred pick-up location during checkout. A shipping confirmation email with tracking link will be sent when your order ships.
Pick up
Pick up at your desired location: airport, hotel, guest house, ryokan, post office or a private residence. Any address in Japan will do!
Return
We provide a prepaid return envelope with all the necessary information filled in. Just put all items in the envelope and drop it in any post box in Japan.

When your data usage reaches the total data allotment, the network operator may impose a speed restriction. While this results in significantly reduced speeds, your internet connection won't be cut off even under these restrictions.

Unless we are fully booked, extending your rental is definitely possible. The extension fee will be based on your initial daily rental rate. To request an extension, please email us with your order number.
